Due to the unique nature of our homemade products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once you have made your purchase. This policy is in place because our items are made to order, ensuring each product is specially crafted for our customers. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work, and we hope you understand and appreciate the care that goes into each product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@ketome.shop if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our customers with their purchases.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Please note, our products are handmade and made to order, and therefore we do not follow the European Union's 14 day cooling off period policy. All sales are final upon purchase.

Refunds

Since we do not accept returns, refunds are only offered to customers that receive defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@ketome.shop with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
