How do I join the KetoMe Rewards Program?

Create a KetoMe account or log in to your existing account. Once signed in, you can begin earning points on eligible purchases and activities.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points when you shop at KetoMe and complete activities listed under “Ways to Earn” on the rewards page.

How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your KetoMe account and open the rewards panel. Your available points and rewards will be displayed there.

How do I redeem my points?

When will my points appear?

Points are usually added after your order is confirmed. Please allow a little time for your balance to update.

What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?

Points earned from a canceled or refunded purchase may be removed from your rewards balance.
